Recipes for the classic cocktails and for many of my own creations. I write them in easy to use measurement of ounces with the concept that the average cocktail (martini) glass holds 7 ounces (once you shake six ounces you will usually get close to seven ounces) and the average highball (also called a double rocks glass or a bucket) holds 6 ounces of liquid with ice.
